Rafael Bonilla
Rafael Bonilla gave his life to the Lord in 1990 at House of Praise International under Pastor Iris Marrero. Since then, his journey has been marked by faith, service, and dedication to God’s call.
He has been married for 25 years to his wife and ministry partner, Deby (Ocasio) Bonilla. Together, they’ve served under Pastors Gilbert and Eileen Silva in various leadership roles.
In 2006, They helped plant a church in Lakewood, Ohio, at the historic Masonic Temple. They served as youth pastors and elders, building a strong foundation and pouring into the next generation.
Rafael holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. He and Deby are called to support those facing mental health challenges by blending biblical truth with clinical insight. Their mission is to serve with compassion and discipleship, helping others walk in spiritual and emotional wholeness.
