Meizi Ivery
Meizi Ivery is a dedicated Humanities educator for grades 7–12, specializing in Bible, History, and Literature/Philosophy. Prior to relocating to Lakewood, Ohio in 2021, she taught World, American, and British Literature, as well as a variety of electives, at Agape Christian Academy in Burton, Ohio.
Meizi is passionate about uncovering the richness of history and culture, both in the classroom and beyond. She enjoys reading historical dramas, writing scripts, and playing music in her free time. One of her lifelong dreams is to travel across Europe to deepen her understanding of Western traditions.
Her favorite Bible story is the account of Mephibosheth, whose encounter with King David serves as a powerful reflection of God’s grace and kindness toward us.
